JS - Greensock - Canvas - 360 Video - VR - Interactive Video
I had the honor of working with IBM to create a virtual tour of their office, not just as an interactive 360 video but as a VR experience as well! Due to a limited time frame and the innovative nature of the project this was one of the most challenging and most exciting things I have gotten to work on.
HTML5 - Greensock - JS - Less - Interactive Video
Getting to work with National Geographic has always been a dream of mine. I remember being a kid and running outside waiting for the mailman to drop off the latest issue. For a fairly simple video concept this project turned out really well with lots of time put into polishing the animations.
HTML5 - Greensock - JS - Less - Interactive Video - Installation
It's always fun to work on projects that break you out of the limits of the web. Avnet, a prominent radio company, was opening an interactive museumn at their Arizona headquarters and I had the oppertunity to create an interactive installation to teach people about the history of the company while providing some background information to put things in perspective.
HTML5 - JS - CSS3 - MVC
The challenge for this project was to create an interactive game with full MVC architecture using only vanilla Javascript. I had a ton of fun with this and it gave me the opportunity to fine-tune my Javascript skills without being able to fall back on any kind of framework or external tool.
Angular - Firebase - JS - CSS3
This project was my first experience with freelancing. The client wanted a static web page where users could watch the pilot of the TV show he was pitching to Adult Swim. I learned a lot about designing for others rather than designing for myself while creating this project.
Laravel - PHP - Bootstrap - API
The challenge for this project was to create a fully functioning Laravel e-commerce site on a team of 2 other developers. The project lasted about 2 weeks and gave me a lot of experience working in the MEAN stack. I got lots of experience with oauth, routing, and the stripe payment API.
CSS3 - JS - JQuery - JQuery UI
I've been told that the best sites any developer will create are the ones they make quickly to help them solve problems in their own lives. So when my friend needed a timer to play a popular drinking game I thought I might as well make one others could use for the same purpose.
Python
While I was working for Modomo Technology and Web Services I had the opportunity to work on the Espresso Book Machine. An innovative product to make any Public domain work not only accessible, but fully printed and bound in just a few minutes. It's no shock that they have been popping up in bookstores and on college campuses all around the world.
CSS3 - JS - JQuery - Cards API
This was one of my early projects at Full Sail where we were tasked with the simple challenge of implementing any API we could find. I decided to create a simple blackjack game with the Deck of Cards API. I leave it on my portfolio to remind myself just how far i've managed to come in such a short time.
